Hello
Welcome to my webpage!
I am currently a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT Sloan, working with Dr. Rahul Mazumder and Dr. Suzanne Flynn, and affiliated with the Social and Ethical Responsibilities of Computing program. My research focuses on developing interpretable ML methods for health applications, including the analysis of linguistic data for Alzheimer’s disease.
Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher in Mathematics and Statistics at Auburn University under the mentorship of Dr. Roberto Molinari. I earned my Ph.D. in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay under the supervision of Dr. Siuli Mukhopadhyay, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Banasthali University, India.
My research spans applied statistics, biostatistics, and health informatics, with an emphasis on mixed-effects models for longitudinal and crossover studies, scalable wavelet-based inference, and dynamic copula modeling. Before academia, I served as a Manager at the Reserve Bank of India, contributing to India’s Balance of Payments and State of the Economy reports.
I am committed to collaborative, application-driven research and welcome interdisciplinary engagement in both research and teaching.
